These numbers, however, reflect much more than a simple financial summary of the past year. Rather, each number represents a real person and a real story. Some of these stories begin courageously, others tragically. Some have incredible conclusions though others remain unfinished. Nevertheless, the common, uniting factor in each is the sustained role of the Southwestern Indiana Chapter of the American Red Cross. Guided by our mission and empowered by the support of donors and volunteers — including you — our chapter touched the lives of the individuals and communities we serve more than 90,000 times in the past year. We are incredibly proud of that fact. And we thank you for making it possible through your financial support.
